I had been considering selling my house for awhile and had initially thought I would list it with another agency that I had dealt with in the past. But over a period of time I received via general leaflet drops some good information from Rachel in relation to selling a house, all in a non obtrusive manner, and this impressed me in the fact that she was pro active, friendly, and professional in how she went about things, and was willing to go the extra mile which I knew would equate well with achieving a sale.

In presenting the house Rachel also impressed me with her ability to add her special touch, whether it was doing something visually to add appeal to it's presentation, or by making anyone viewing the house feel relaxed and in a comfortable environment, and not all people have the ability to do this, and I have no doubt this contributed to the welcoming feel of the house and helped buyers visualize it as possibly being their own someday.
